          It  is  also  advisable  to  phrase  the  question  in


          such a way that it will not direct the respondent

          to  choose  any  particular  response(s).  Such


          leading questions will often introduce bias to

          the results obtained from a questionnaire. For


          example,  “Why  did  you  have  difficulty  with
