              b. The ‘non-5W1H’ type of questions.


          It is possible for some data or information to

       be retrieved without using interrogative words. In

       such cases, the type of information to be elicited


       from  study  respondents  is  often  simple  or

       commonplace  and  can  be  easily  understood  by


       both researchers and respondents. An example of

       such  information  for  a  survey  research  is


       demographic profile of study respondents that can

       be  asked  without  posing  the  ‘5W1H’  type  of


       questions  and  the  possible  feedback  options  for
