#ENTERING THE ENDEMIC PHASE
THE NATIONAL QA CONVENTION 2022:
SITE VISIT TO PULAU PINANG
Eight representatives from Penang State
Health Department (JKN PP) and the Institute
for Health Systems Research (IHSR) conducted
site visits to three potential venues in Pulau
Pinang, where the National QA Convention is
planned to be held in October 2022. The visit
began with the first destination being explored
– The Raia Hotel in Bayan Lepas, followed by
The Spice Arena Convention Centre, and lastly
the Bayview Beach Resort in Batu Feringghi.
Each venue was assessed for its capacity to host
the convention after which, further discussion A discussion among representatives from the IHSR and JKN PP during the site visit
will transpire in finalizing the venue.
