          QUALITY WEBINAR NO 1/2022

The first Quality Webinar for the year 2022, moderated by Mrs.
Khalidah Maruan, was presented by Dr. Divya Nair Narayanan
on the topic of Planning, Implementing, and Evaluating
Changes, which was attended by a total of 113 participants.
The session covered the fundamental concept of formulating
interventional strategies that would require changes to be
introduced in the quality improvement study, the process of
planning and implementing these interventions, evaluating
whether the interventional strategies brought about
improvement, and finally what are the next steps after the Dr. Divya Nair Narayanan presenting her lecture and sharing of
QA cycle had been completed. The session extended more experiences
than the initial 90 minutes planned as the Q&A session was
flooded with continuous questions from the participants.

Engaging questions from the participants during the Q&A session
