          STAKEHOLDER PRESENTATION:

          KAPE ON PPE UTILIZATION AMONG HEALTHCARE
          WORKERS AT MOH FACILITIES DURING COVID-19



          A  virtual session was  held  to update  the
          stakeholders on the project’s preliminary study
          findings, presented by Mrs. Khalidah Maruan,
          the principal investigator. The project entitled
          Knowledge, Attitude, Practice, and Experience
          (KAPE) on Personal Protective Equipment
          (PPE) Utilization Among Healthcare Workers
          at Ministry of Health (MOH) Facilities During
          COVID-19, was a collaboration between the
          Institute for Health Systems Research (IHSR),
          the Family Health Development Division and
          the Public Health Development Division .  The
          session was presided by Dr. Nor Izzah Bt. Hj.        Stakeholder presentation by Pn. Khalidah Maruan
          Ahmad Shauki, Director of IHSR, and attended
          by representatives from the Family Health Development Division, Public Health Development Division, Medical Development
          Division, Nursing Division, and Oral Health Programme.  This was followed by a short discussion where constructive feedback from
          all the stakeholders present was taken into account, on the improvisations that can be made to the study’s justifications, report
          writing, and other possible publications.




          QUALITY WEBINAR SERIES 8 & 9/2021



          After a few months of hiatus, the Centre for Healthcare Quality
          Research (CHQR) under the Institute for Health Systems
          Research  (IHSR) concluded the  year  2021 with  two  interactive
          webinars.  The first topic was “Data collection for a QA/QI study”,
          wherein the data collection phases, namely the inclusion and
          exclusion criteria and various data collection methodologies were
          discussed.  Moving along, the second topic, “What is the Data
          Telling You”, provided participants with the steps of data analysis,
          and data interpretation, followed by the process of choosing the
          most appropriate methods to represent the results.  The webinar
          ended with an interactive Q&A session with thought provoking
          question from the attendees.  During this session, we also took
          the opportunity to announce the publication of our latest Q
          Bulletin showcasing five interesting manuscripts which can be
