          The Talent  Grooming  Programme  (TGP)  Inspirational
          Leadership Podium Series 1/2022 was successfully held on
          the virtual platform for the first time on 3 March 2022. It
          was streamed from the National Institutes of Health (NIH)
          to  1337  participants  from  the  Ministry  of  Health  Malaysia
          (MOH). This year’s Podium was co-organized by the TGP
          Secretariat, the NIH Information Technology Sector, and TGP
          Cohort 11 Talents. The theme of the Podium was “Leadership
          in Adversity and Crisis” to showcase outstanding leadership
          that steered the country through the COVID-19 pandemic.
          The two invited speakers were prominent leaders in their
          fields: Ms Nadiah Wan, the Chief Executive Officer of
          Thomson Hospital Kota Damansara and YBhg. Dato’ Prof Dr
          Adeeba binti  Kamarulzaman,  Consultant  Medical  Specialist
