Chapter 5: Conclusion





                     A researcher will need to be cognizant of the fact


           that a suitable questionnaire for use in a validation study is


           one which has already been published and validated

           previously. As a result, a researcher must have access to


           the   original questionnaire's development manual or


           questionnaire construction, which is the primary source of

           reference that provides specific hands-on instructions on


           both the development and validation of the original


           questionnaire. During the validation of a questionnaire, a

           researcher will have to follow almost all the same


           procedures as those when the questionnaire was originally


           developed; therefore, it is very important for a researcher


           to ensure that the right research methodology (for the
