       the  research  questions  and  address  the  study

       objectives.  In  addition,  it  is  also  necessary  to


       decide  beforehand  the  appropriate  responses  for

       each  question.  For  instance,  the  researcher  will


       have to decide whether it is more appropriate to

       elicit an open-ended response, or a binary response


       (“Yes” or “No”) or a response based on a Likert-

       scale. This is because the researcher must ensure


       that  the  responses  elicited  from  the  study

       respondents  will  be  able  to  provide  enough


       information,  which  are  packaged  in  a  sufficient
