3.1  The  necessity  to  adopt  the  right


       approach for asking questions or obtaining


       information


              This  chapter  discusses  a  variety  of

       differing approaches in asking questions, eliciting


       the responses from the respondents and developing

       valid  measurement  scales.  Generally,  questions


       can often be developed in many various ways but

       overall  it  is  always  the  prerogative  for  the

       researcher to choose the most appropriate way to


       frame the questions that aim to address the study

       objective(s). The fundamental tenet for developing


       a good questionnaire is to create straightforward
