                   • Diabetes, hypertension,  and dyslipidaemia are the three major risk factors for cardiovascular
                   diseases with a huge burden worldwide as well as in Malaysia.
                   • We conducted a scoping review to synthesise the evidence on treatment & outcomes of patients
                   with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus, hypertension, and dyslipidaemia at the primary health care level in
                   Malaysia.
                   • We studied the study characteristics, quality of care and mapped the interventions that were carried
                   out in Malaysia.
