In Penang, the State Health Department, with the joint effort of the Penang
                   State Government, NGOs, other government agencies, and industries, had
                   set up another PKRC at Kompleks Sukan Balik Pulau in the Southwest district
                   of Penang with a bed capacity of 432 to accommodate those workers who

                   The government had also repurposed the premises of Westlife Tampoi
                   workers' dormitory in Johor for use as a low-risk COVID-19 centre since 26th
                   December 2020   51-53 . This low-risk COVID-19 centre was used to house,
                   isolate and treat  both  asymptomatic registered residents of Westlife
                   Tampoi, as well as workers of employers who were not registered residents
                   of Westlife Tampoi within the Tampoi Jaya area.



                   6.2.3 Mass Screening of Foreign Workers

                   The SOCSO Prihatin Screening Programme (PSP) was a government initiative
                   undertaken to provide free COVID-19 RT-PCR  testing  for  employees,
                   including foreign workers, in the sectors  allowed to resume operations

                   programme aimed to help the government halt the COVID-19 spread among
