RESULTS: Among the many health benefits, we found that chocolate and cocoa products were
most frequently assessed for their effects on anthropometrics and cardiovascular related
outcomes including blood pressure and lipid profile. Compared to no treatment or placebo
controls, chocolate and cocoa products significantly improved triglycerides levels (MD=−3.86
mg/dL;95%CI=−7.72,0.00;six studies;I2=31%) but no effects on parameters related to skin,
blood pressure, lipid profile, cognitive function, anthropometry, blood glucose, and quality of
               life.
DISCUSSION/CONCLUSION: Low-to-moderate-quality evidence with short duration of
research (majority 4–6 weeks) showed no significant difference between the effects of
chocolate and control on other parameters regardless of form, dose, and duration among
healthy individuals. These products were generally well accepted by study subjects, with
gastrointestinal disturbances and unpalatability being the most commonly reported concerns.

INTRODUCTION: Suicide is the fourth leading cause of death among 15 - 19-year-olds. Some
studies revealed that suicidal behaviours among adolescents were associated with bullying.
Therefore, this study aimed to determine the relationship of suicidal behaviours with bullying
               among school adolescents in Malaysia.
METHODS: Data from the National Health and Morbidity Survey 2017, a nationwide study
which adopted a two-stage cluster sampling design was analysed. The survey used a bilingual
self-administered questionnaire, adapted from Global School Health Survey (GSHS)
developed by WHO. Participants were secondary school students aged 13 -17 years old in all
states. Complex and multiple logistic regression analysis was conducted in this study using
               IBM SPSS version 26.
RESULTS: A total of 27,497 school adolescents participated in the study. Multivariate logistic
regression revealed that students who were bullied were tends to have suicide ideation (aOR
               1.42, 95% CI: 1.22 ,1.66) P = <0.001; Suicide plan (aOR 1.46, 95% CI: 1.22, 1.73) P = 0.001; and
               Suicide attempt (aOR 1.74, 95% CI: 1.46, 2.07) P = 0.001. Other significantly associated factors
include physical abuse, verbal abuse, involvement in physical fight, stress, anxiety, depression,
loneliness, no parental bonding, inability to sleep, no close friend, lack of parental
               connectedness, ethnicity, locality and gender.
DISCUSSION/CONCLUSION: This study revealed that suicidal behaviours among school
adolescents are associated with school bullying. Effective measures to curb bullying among
school adolescents must be strengthened by all agencies including parents.
