Upon re-assessing the content validity of the translated
version of a questionnaire, a researcher may make one of
the following three decisions:
● the researcher may decide all items in the original
questionnaire are relevant and so it will be adequate
to retain the original version of the questionnaire.
This means that the original version of the
questionnaire is exactly the same as its translated
version (Yunus et. al., 2013; Bujang et. al., 2016).
● the researcher may decide to add and/or omit
and/or one or more question(s). This means that the
translated version of the questionnaire will be
different from its original version (Bujang et. al.,
2018).
