       and by answering with an open-ended text.  When

       answering  the  questions,  the  study  subjects  will


       need  to  provide  definite  answers  based  on  their

       current  level  of  knowledge.  The  most  important


       characteristic  of  a  ‘knowledge’  questionnaire  is

       that  the  questions  should  only  relate  to  facts  or


       common  understanding  of  an  actual  state  or

       condition. Thus, the answers for all the questions


       should  be  made  available  in  peer-reviewed

       published  materials  such  as  textbooks  or  from
