● Health System
The whole health system needs to use its platform to help healthcare workers and to
combat stigma. Communication needs to be clear. The health system needs to work
for all and not just for a selected few, some people might be forgotten (e.g. people
working out of states, single mothers). This is actually the diversity of healthcare
workers that we have in Malaysia and everybody needs to be seen and heard. When
they are seen and heard, they work better.
