The definitive data coming out from this NIH study involving 2000 patients [10]. They
are looking at people who were diagnosed with early COVID-19 disease (symptoms
within 24 hours of screening). Those who were hospitalized were excluded from the
study. They want to see whether hydroxychloroquine started at very early will prevent
hospitalization. This will be the conclusive study about hydroxychloroquine.
