The current COVID-19 pandemic is
a once-in-a-century health crisis. It
provided us with an unexpected

test our health system's response
and preparedness in emergency

Although there are gaps in
communication between agencies,
public health decisions are
carefully guided to the best of our
ability, with experience and
expertise, and leadership from my
