               24 Nov 2020: In balancing between
               "life and livelihood", the government
               asks for cooperation from employers to
               ensure that all employment practices
               and employees  comply with the
               Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
               set by the authorities.

               Industries employing a large number of non-citizen workers are responsible for
                 conducive housing for employees
                 COVID-19 prevention measures in homes

               At workplaces, to implement:
                 Examination of body temperature and symptoms before entering workplace;
                 Provision of hand sanitiser;
                 Frequent cleaning and disinfection processes, especially common use spaces;
                 Safe social distance of at least 1 meter is included in the work space and dining
                room (pantry);
                 Make sure employees do not gather in a confined space;
                 Avoid too many co-workers at one time (congregation); and
                 Keep a distance of 1 meter while employees talk to each other (close
