21 Nov 2020: Penang In the wake of rising community COVID-19 infections, Penang
State Health Department sets up Kompleks Masyarakat Penyayang LRQC over 5 days,
thanks to the Penang State Government, various government agencies, NGOs and
private bodies. The Penang Buddhist Tzu-Chi Merits Society provided 100 sets of
mattresses and pillows as well as loaned their disaster beds and 3 water dispensers. §
