Although body temperature screening was enforced, other symptoms such
as cough, runny nose, anosmia, and other respiratory symptoms were not
assessed. Subsequent case investigations discovered that the fear of losing
their jobs or income source caused the foreign workers to feel reluctant to
declare their symptoms.
