3.3  Types  of  responses  and  measurement


       scales


              Regardless  of  whether  the  questions  are

       using  interrogative  words  or  not,  the  responses


       provided  by  the  respondents  should  always  be

       amenable to analysis. This is the ultimate aim of a


       questionnaire,  i.e.  to  collect  relevant  data  or

       information from study respondents. The types of

       responses shall vary between each question, which


       will  depend  on  the  information  intended  to  be

       collected by researchers. There are four types of
