Video conferencing issue


               For teleconferencing, during the beginning of MCO, there were cable problems. We had poor
               internet connection during teleconferencing. It became quite difficult assessing the condition
               of new patients. As you know, a lot of family members travel, leaving two elderly people at
               home. These people do have smartphones, but they were unfamiliar on how to use it. So when
               you needed to video call the patients, it was difficult to get someone to assist in setting up the
               video call for the patients.
