Surveilling Infectivity and

Transmission - Red Zones & Voting

24 Sept 2020: Sabah has 4 of the 5 red zones in the country: Sabah (Tawau, Lahad
Datu, Kunak and Semporna). Kedah has the fifth (Kota Setar).

MOH advises
With symptoms who have just visited or travelled from Red Zones must perform a
COVID-19 screening test at a nearby health facility.
Without symptoms who have just visited or travelled from Red Zones are strongly
encouraged to undergo self-screening and home quarantine to protect their family
members, friends and their surrounding community.
