8. Trichosporon asahii (T. asahii)
A total of 35 Trichosporon asahii were analyzed from various type of clinical
specimens. The isolates were mainly from blood (12, 60.0%) followed by urine (8,
23.0%) (Table 8.1). The MIC ranges, MIC50 and MIC90 of seven antifungals are
shown in Table 8.2. There are no validated susceptibility criteria (clinical
breakpoints) provided by CLSI for antifungal agents tested. MICs provided are for
information only.
