3. Candida tropicalis (C. tropicalis)
A total of 255 C. tropicalis were analyzed from various type of clinical
specimens. The isolates were mainly from blood (198, 78.0%), followed by tissue
(9, 3.5%) and body fluid (9, 3.5%) (Table 3.1). The MIC ranges, MIC50 and MIC90 of
seven (7) antifungals are shown in Table 3.2.
