a. The population has the same level of ability to


                  understand spoken English as the English-speaking


                  population.


               b. All the questions fit their knowledge, subject matter

                  expertise, personal experience and situation well.


               c. None of the questions can possibly elicit any


                  responses that may deviate from the norm due to

                  any differences in understanding of the question


                  that might be arisen due to differences in (i) the


                  terminologies used, (ii) the cultural factors, (iii) the

                  lifestyle   choices,    (iv)  the    living   and    social


                  environment or (v) the religious beliefs and/or


                  practices.

           developed in English to assess the level of perception


           among medical doctors regarding the use of antibiotics
