existing questionnaire have to be further

enhanced?’, ’What are the weaknesses and/or

limitations of the previous QoL measures?’, ’What

possible advantages will this newly developed

QoL instrument offer?’, etc..

All these questions should ideally be

carefully considered by the research team before

they make a decision for proceeding with the new

study, in order to be able to provide a valid

justification for it.
