              In  a  typical  questionnaire  development


       study,  a  researcher  should  know  what  questions

       should be considered as essential and what is the


       most appropriate method to frame the question in

       the questionnaire for eliciting the answers to these


       questions.  For  example,  a  research  team  who

       wishes  to  develop  a  quality  of  life  (QoL)


       questionnaire should carefully study the definition,

       underlying  theory  and  the  overall  concept  of


       quality-of-life (QoL). As the theory of QoL may

       evolving, it is thus necessary to perform a careful
