       majority of the examples cited in this book have


       been  obtained  from  the  published  medical

       literature, the generic questionnaire development


       process can often be applied in many other fields.

       Hopefully,  this  book  can  provide  novice


       researchers  with  valuable  guidance  for  enabling

       them to design and validate a new questionnaire.
