Since research in the medical discipline
mostly deals with data regarding patients and their
medical condition (including their diseases,
treatment modalities offered and treatment
outcomes), thus the development of a
questionnaire will need to follow a careful list of
pre-defined steps which are planned out
thoroughly as each of these steps will have a direct
impact on the quality of data collected.
Furthermore, the existence of a wide variety of
different research designs for medical research
