I am going to bring you to this classification of a COVID-19 that was proposed by
Hassan et al[5]. There are three phases. We're going to focus on the hyper
inflammation phase. This is the end phase in which the host inflammatory
response at the greater end and the virus effect/viral response phase are ending. In
the hyper inflammation phase, the patient developed acute respiratory distress
syndrome, shock, cardiac failure and all the important information markers will be
elevated such as CRP, LDH, interleukin 6, D-dimer, ferritin and cardiac markers
such as troponin T and NT-proBNP.
