Outlines
As the outline of my presentation, I am going to start with the background of the
committee. Then we will go through the overview, the demographic and clinical
profile data of our mortality review, the risk factors, a little bit on the clinical
management data, our findings, recommendations and some directives that had been
circulated from our Deputy DG & Director General (DG) of Health offices.
