The impact wrought by the
COVID-19 pandemic

is unparalleled.

In my working life, never I have

seen an epidemic of such
proportions in Malaysia that
has driven MOH to implement
nationwide lockdown for the first

time under the provision of the
Prevention and Control of
Infectious Diseases Act 1988, nor

have I seen such a whole-of-
nation concerted effort in fighting
a disease.

Since the beginning of the COVID-
19 pandemic, the Institute for
Health Systems Research (IHSR),

has been providing support to
MOH in fighting the pandemic.

We don't grow when things
