                 To operationalise each Strategic Priority, a set of objectives and actions have been
                 formulated. Level of implementation, responsible organisation and yearly target for
                 each action was identified and agreed upon. Output indicator to track on the progress
                 was also developed. These are outlined in detail in the action plan.


                 3.3 Linkages between NPQH and other national/
                 programmes policy, strategy and priorities




                 The development of NPQH is aligned with broader international and national health
                 planning including:

                 NPQH is very relevant  in supporting MOH  Strategic Plan  (2021-2025)  under the
                 objective of strengthen healthcare service delivery which is of high quality, sustainable,
                 equitable and affordable.


                 Implementation of the strategic priority in the NPQH should be linked or aligned with
                 other national and programmes-based goals, priorities, actions or strategic framework
                 (if any) that related to quality in healthcare.
