Petaurillus kinlochii, “Selangor pygmy flying squirrel” was classified as ‘Data Deficient’ in the

Discussion
This study not only described the specimens, but also confirmed that Biomedical Museum IMR was
the sole reference of study skin and skull of P. kinlochii in Asia. This study therefore served as
additional knowledge for the conservation of the data deficient species, that will enable the
scientists or interest group to access the species collection for further research explorations and
collaborations.
