APPENDIX 5 : TERMS OF REFERENCE OF ADVISORY COMMITTEE
The Advisory Committee will advise in:
1. Identi^cation of the scope of National Health and Morbidity Survey (NHMS 2012).
2. Determination of approach/methodologies for obtaining information.
3. The recommendations of the NHMS 2012 ^ndings made by the research groups.
4. Suggesting the mechanism to facilitate monitoring and documentation (including
publications) of the ^ndings and utilization of NHMS 2012 ^ndings.
