The pros and cons working from home.
Of course, the flexibility of hours, no traffic jam, save time on driving, cost effective for the
organization, I would say. However, this new way of work demands more. It seems like we are
now working 7 days a week and there is no physical separation between work and leisure time. It
can be emotionally exhausting.
