Despite the aforementioned challenges, the participants were satisfied with the workshop
content, execution and materials. The workshop organiser also received requests for
further consultation from the participants. The IHSR booth was visited by 248 users with
375 views throughout the conference. As the world shifts towards virtual platforms as a
means of communication, organising these virtual workshops also benefitted IHSR officers
in capacity building, upskilling and re-skilling and problem-solving.
