They are picked up by their persistent or new-onset fever, increasing oxygen
requirement, increasing CRP, increasing ferritin and lowering or dropping absolute
lymphocyte count and high interleukin 6 levels. So, when we have somebody who's
becoming more hypoxic and along with it, we will see all these markers. It's sort of
hints to us that this person is getting a severe disease because of host inflammatory
response
